_____

Question: The proposal requires that some very sensitive and expensive equipment will be needed at the site to do the hands-on portion.  I assume that there is a secure location for these items when they arrive on site?  If they arrive on site prior to the contractor, will they be secured?

Answer: When selecting the training facility, we will consider the security of the facility as one of the required accommodations.

 _____

Question: Section G states that "...contractors must meet requirements associated with the use of federal funds."  Are there any specific requirements here that need to be met?  Can you elaborate on this further?

Answer: The contractor must be registered on sam.gov and have a DUNS number.  They must keep records pertaining to the contract for several years after completion of the contract and provide access to those records to an auditor if requested.  Any equipment purchased with grant funds remains the property of the agency providing the grant. Specific conditions pertaining to the grant that provides funding for this course will be shared with the successful applicant.

_____
Question:
What is the expectation for the length of the course?

Answer:  The expected length of the course instruction will be 2 to 3 days.  Please submit a draft agenda with your proposal.
