WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This course is designed for any state and local agency staff from MARAMA member agencies who would like an overview of the EPA’s air quality regulations for stationary reciprocating internal combustion engines (RICE) that are commonly used at power and manufacturing plants to generate electricity and to power pumps and compressors.

This course will include a summary of the regulatory requirements for both the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants and the New Source Performance Standards, including the applicability of the rules, emission standards, and other compliance requirements.
