MDC 10th Anniversary Meeting – Wednesday, May 4, 2016

The Mid-Atlantic Diesel Collaborative invites you to participate in the upcoming MDC 10th Anniversary Meeting on May 4, 2016 in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

A one-day program, stakeholders in the maritime, transportation and private sector, government and non-profit organizations will engage in discussions and compare lessons learned and evaluate opportunities to advance clean air solutions in the Mid-Atlantic. Session topics will include: critical transportation and air quality challenges in the Mid-Atlantic; new policies and regulations coming to the region; SmartWay impacts on the transportation sector; today’s innovative funding opportunities and much more.

MARAMA SUPPORT AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL COSTS

MARAMA will offer support to cover the cost of room and tax for the night of Tuesday, May 3, 2016, if needed, for up to 2 staff members per MARAMA member agency. Supported attendees are responsible for all incidentals and travel. Overnight support is not available to those who live within 50 miles of the course location. If additional or alternative support is needed, pre-approval is necessary and a request must come from your agency’s Air Director (or their designee) and emailed to MARAMA’s Executive Director, Susan Wierman (swierman@marama.org), as well as MARAMA’s Training Coordinators, Jackie Burkhardt or Sue Dilli (training@marama.org), prior to the event. A list of what type of support is needed, an estimate of additional costs and the reason for the support is essential to include.

This meeting is not just about presentations, this meeting is about finding solutions to move the region forward. Be a part of the conversation and don’t miss out on this important opportunity!
