Sleeping rooms have been blocked at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis. Everyone is responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

*To book your hotel room online and receive the group rate, go to www.annapolismeetings.com and click on Book Now.  Choose your arrival and departure dates and enter in the Online Group Code under the special accounts and rates section.  Once you hit continue, select the room you wish to reserve and then complete the reservation requirements.  Even if MARAMA is covering the cost of room and tax for you, you will need to guarantee the room with a credit card.

Check in:  4:00 pm                 Check out: 12 noon

Cancellations:  Reservations must be canceled 24 hour prior to arrival to avoid a one time charge of room plus tax.

Parking is complimentary

There is a complimentary shuttle to shops and stores within a 5 mile radius.

MARAMA SUPPORT:

MARAMA will cover the cost of the room for the MARAMA Air Director (or designee), plus up to two rooms plus tax per MARAMA member agency. Supported attendees are responsible for all incidentals and travel. Overnight support is not available to those who live within 50 miles of the workshop location.
