Train state and local agency staff in the set up, operations and maintenance of Rupprecht & Patashnick (R&P) FDMS TEOM. The Filter Dynamics Measurement Systems (FDMS™) Tapered Element Oscillating Microbalance (TEOM) is a complex instrument that meausres fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in the ambient air.
