Research Associate II Web and Database Developer 18-103 

The Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA), located on the Foothills Campus of Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks to fill a Web and Database Developer position effective March 2018. The individual in this position will be a full-stack Microsoft .Net developer who will help develop a database, website, and suite of online visualization tools (charts, graphs, reports, and maps) for managing, disseminating, and analyzing air quality data for the Western Regional Air Partnership (WRAP), which is a voluntary partnership of states, tribes, federal land managers, local air agencies, and the US EPA whose purpose is to understand regional visibility and air quality issues in the West, such as the effect of haze and air pollution on the scenic vistas of federally-protected ecosystems in the West like National Parks and Wilderness Areas.
